Custom Millinery Design has been in business in San Antonio, Texas under the ownership of Jennifer Bartelt since April 2000. Ms. Bartelt has seven years millinery experience and enjoys serving her fellow Texans and hat lovers living all over the world. Her hats have been seen at the Kentucky Derby for several years now as well as on the heads of doctors, lawyers, accountants, teachers, massage therapists, musicians, construction business owners, wives of pastors and reverends, university students, retirees, tourists, and more!
